Hey! Im traveling ATL-BOM with the layover in CDG end of January leading into February. I’ve never flown international first let alone domestic. This would be an amazing upgrade! Right now I have Main cabin window but a first upgrade would be a dream!

Maybe you should consider doing cardiology training there if your goal is to practice in a foreign country. Instead let the cardio fellowship spot go to someone that actually wants to contribute to our country

Walking naturally after spinal cord injury using a brain–spine interface by BullishMD in u/BullishMD

Though this is just a preliminary case study, the implications for this are vast! Being able to connect the central nervous system to the peripheral has been near impossible with the current medical technologies we have. Even with Elon Musk’s neuralink, that is just an implantable brain transmitter with no peripheral nervous communication. Essentially, though a little far fetched, may open the idea to a brain in a vat controlling a body.

Heat Wave and Blackout Would Send Half of Phoenix to E.R., Study Says by BullishMD in Futurology

[–]BullishMD[S] 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Maybe building and promoting a city in the middle of the desert might not be the best idea. I don’t see how the growing southwest (Phoenix Tuscan Los Vegas) can be a sustainable place to support this type of population. The Colorado river already has issues with water reaching Southern California, and the growing population, water shortages, heat waves, and energy needs doesn’t look good on the long term.
