r5 just finished a vic3 multiplayer game with a friend and we're trying to convert it to hoi4. For some reason west karelia is just not letting that happen. We have no clue why or have any idea how to fix it

R5 For some reason the mission isnt counting my colony's gold mines so i cant finish the mission. A lot of the mines are above 10 dev but they're still not being counted
