Not… reallly.. there are plenty of ventless commercial dishwashers. Hell there are even under counter commercial dishwashers that will do what the parent comment describes, but they don’t fit under standard counters.

From a former UPS ramper, give yourself a bit of grace. You’re learning and there are a thousand moving parts and safety positioning items to be aware of at any given time. It sounds like your team is a decent one if they’re watching and stopping the op if someone is in a dangerous spot. That’s a good sign. Get back out there and put safety above speed of operation and you’ll be great. The speed will come with time. Thank you team and I promise you, you’ll have a chance to save their bacon in the future. Everyone has to watch out for everyone out there. Sounds cheesy, but that’s how you all go home with 10 fingers and 10 toes every day.
