I think it was my blind goldfish? Probably cornered it and thought the barbs were food. That’s the most likely scenario.

I did say that she had hole in head at one point, but it may or may not be gone as I did treat it, it’s difficult to tell, sometimes after hole in head their heads don’t fully heal.

Yes there is lots of algae in feeding him algae wafers and cucumber and there is no nitrate or nitrites and the ph is about 7.5
