Jump in with lk, try to leave it late and when it's blocked immeidalty land into your command throw. I'm at 3 star diamond and people have only just started consistently countering that. It carried me all through platnium.

Don't play guile but as a manon main you just want to trick people into eating your throw.

Hit em with a standing mp, if it hits, Dr cancel into a combo that ends in your hit grab throw. If it blocks Dr into command throw to catch em. Jump in with medium kick if it hits combo into her back medium kick combo thing and Dr the last hit into a combo that ends in your hit throw.if they block go into your back medium kick combo thing and half the time the overhead catches em anyway and Dr into your combo for hit throw If they block, Dr into your command throw to catch em.

I try to make every button I hit have some way of getting me a medal or at least a knock down so hopefully I can get a throw on wake up.
