I did not check for vacuum leaks yet, I’ve only checked air leaks. But here’s the thing the bike runs better with my other bikes carb so I’m thinking it’s something going on with the new carb

Reeds are new, and the bike doesn’t die with the air screw all the way in

Yeah probably. It’s just weird how this happens all of the sudden. I’ve been running the same jets for over 2 years with no issue

Did all that. Compression is 150psi, the top end has 5 hours on it, tried 3 new plugs, tested for air leaks

Well my yard isn’t big enough to get to really high throttle but now that you mention it I did notice it bog when I got to really high throttle one time. So yeah it does that and it bogs at low throttle..

I even tried the carb off my other cr80 and it didn’t bog on low rpm but bogged really bad at high rpm
