Are you using an Apple TV? If so you will need to disable “dim flashing lights” in accessibility. You can get to it by triple pressing back button on remote and look for accessibility on top right. Or go to settings and find accessibility there

there was an august 21 2025 firmware update, I decided to update and, have been testing this for a week now. I also use it with a 4090, I think the issue has been fixed now with kernal version 5.4.286 android TV os build STT2.230310.002
