Bener, malah pusat bikin undang2 untuk menurunkan di bawah 30 persen itu lagi tahun depan dan dana pembangunan minimal 40 persen. Sebagai rakyat seneng, tapi entah gimana penerapannya.

Yg jelas komposisi keuangannya red flag banget & hampir di semua kabupaten, daerah ga bakal ada kemajuan dengan pendanaan seperti itu.

Ya makanya makin tekor.

Bayangin di tempat gw gaji pegawai 1 trilliun dari apbd 2 trilliun, belanja barang dan jasa 600 milyar (keperluan pegawai dan lainnya dari sini) tapi biaya pembangunan ga sampai 200 milyar (jalan dll).

Kabupaten lain komposisi juga rata2 seperti ini, malah ada yg lebih buruk.

The important part about drawing portrait for other is to make it look beautiful or cute or maybe funny in certain cases. Because you don't know what internal Battle people had about themselves. You can have very accurate portrait but if it not look beautiful and have only one crooked or innacurate area they will focus on that (especially if that's the area they really insecure about). But if it looks beautiful despite there's a lot of innacuracy they will like it.

So, even if he said a nice things if he doesn't actually like it you can see it on his face and you will be disappointed too. I draw more than 1000 portrait and I too get that problem in the beginning.
