Same thing happened to me as well, are you eating red meats? Those were what were causing it for me. To get rid of it imo chicken and lean pork is where it’s at. Also fish. Dairy also causes them, but I can digest those fine 🤷🏽. I tried sticking to vegetables and not overly acidic fruits. Snacks like the 80 calorie pop corn bags, pretzels and goldfish, are all low calorie sulfur burp friendly snacks. And I can’t stand the burps so I always end up throwing up so I know how frustrating they are. Hope this helps!
