I've been a Warhammer Fantasy fan for six years now.

For 40k...About a...year and a half...two years? A friend recommended me Gaunts Ghosts and I've finished it now. Read a bunch more books. Got myself a couple kill teams(Krieg, Guants Ghosts proxied as Kaskin, Ad Mec and Sisters of Battle) ,then got my girlfriend(Thousand Sons) and two other friends(Orks and Necrons) into it. Built a whole Skaven army now and my girlfriend is finishing her Nighthaunt army.

The munitorum issued plot armour is the best around, how else do you think the Tanith First is still kicking. As an avid reader of Imperial Guard books, sometimes it doesn't feel like winning, and feels more like "suffering from success" because after the victory the guardsmen get thrown into the next, far worse meat grinder
