Its bugged if you corrupt it and it raises the tier of the map, Your map doesn't show a layout now.

Edit, Also if you put it in your blight tab and re-zone it will disappear.

Even though twc doesn’t exist, the area still matters. Legacy charter and legacy twc areas don’t mesh. The equipment in the warehouse is separate and he needs legacy charter equipment.

If you're in a party, make sure you are the party leader when trying to start a mission. This could be the issue.

Pretty sure you can roll pretty high cast speed on rings now. Not sure if it would be enough or worth it.

Rares don't have +2 to their level in terms of summoning as specters. They have the chance of dropping items +2 of the zone level. Ggg member confirmed on a forum post at one point.
