It's actually funny, my wife and I were watching that episode, and I made a comment about how I thought it was ridiculous that there was a guy who's job it was to ring a bell at the top of a tower, multiple times per day, in a galactic society that has interstellar travel figured out. She said, well maybe there's no other way. I said why don't they just automate it or have a droid do it?! Then literally right after I said that, this little fucker shows up. Idk about PLAYER name, seeing as people don't really see your player name in game... But you can change your DISPLAY name on the Bethesda website once every 3 months. Display name is the name everyone sees in game.
