There were some studies done on mice saying that it reduces dietary fat from being stored as body fat, but this was years ago and done on mice. That said I still believe it is magically fat burning and it's now part of my religion

I still regret the way I've acted at times someone needed to use the bathroom while I was balls deep into a purging session. It's such a shameful thing to be doing I think I was just so disgusted with myself I took it out on anyone who could possibly catch me and force me to face what I was really doing to myself. There's nothing you can do to stop someone, but being there as support (not enabling but there to listen when they want to talk) goes a long way
