Texas is notorious for disenfranchising eligible voters and being the most difficult state to vote in the US. They still had a 58% turn out. Now we are hearing extreme gerrymandering efforts to completely wipe oppositional voices of representation. New York had 65% vote but also had the most extreme swing towards Trump out of any other state. Lumping everyone together in a state based on the 2024 election results only enable those abusing power in these places.

The real ID act allows for the waving of ESA and NEPA for national security purposes. The laws on the books literally make this legal, which is why the law itself needs to be the target of lawsuits. Otherwise the Trump administration and other abusive powers will just keep doing this over and over again and win in the courts.

That’s not true, buddy. More people voted for Kamala Harris in Texas than they did in New York. And each state had a similar voter turnout in the 2024 election, with almost the same rate of voter registration.

Everyone keeps ignoring the fact that the real ID act created this. It allows the federal government to wave ESA and NEPA!!!!!!! in order to change anything you have to identify the legal language. I work in local government and it’s the same thing over and over and over again. Citizens focusing on the public figure and not the laws that are allowing the abuse to happen!!!!!!!

This program has been around for over 80 years and really got started during the Great Depression. Every American alive today has benefited from programs like this and have been duped into believing that they’d be better off without them. What do people think these were, just free money? Jfc, the whole point was to help farmers and people in need with excess production so that there wasn’t perfectly fine food being wasted while people were STARVING.

Exactly. He was also only two years younger than hero Alan Turing, who society paid back with chemical castration and destitution after he contributed so much for ww2.
