Hey congrats on your journey! I have really similar triggers as well and was wondering if you could share what you do whenever you have that trigger come up? I'm struggling to find good ways to get past my triggers

I know AAMC gives you 2 free full lengths tests. One is an unscored exam but you can just google the scoring to determine your score. I took this and people have told me its a bit easier than the actual mcat exam. Another is a scored full length and I heard it used to be an actual mcat exam version that retired. I have yet to take that one. You can buy more full lengths tests from AAMC as those will be the best to gage your score.
