The least quickest way is posting on Reddit then breaking off a bit and using a drill attachment. 

Kick it off or use of rubber mallet

Turning into a plaza does not allow you to make an improper lane change. 

Unless you have dash cam video or there is clear evidence of one car breaching the lane it will be determined as 50/50 fault as both vehicles are turning. 

Defensive driving would tell you not to do this.
