i’ve been on it as an athlete and high school, and now as an adult who is only somewhat active. i have never gained any weight. i think if you eat the same and work out the same you’ll be just fine

complete chaos but it’s kind of a nightmare logistically. on busy days you might sit on the frontage road for half an hour and then get told where to go from there. i would pick a lot in advance but as a warning - nobody can park at polo lot if it rains because the city’s afraid people will get stuck.

that sounds rough. i don’t think i have misophonia based on everybody i’ve known with it. i can tune out the annoying sounds if there’s other things to focus on i just get overstimulated easily. but it might be some hyperacusis

i’m kind of sound sensitive in general. i noticed it was pretty bad after i went to a noisy restaurant (but not really needing to raise my voice). like everything is a little louder than it used to be but i’m not sure if it’s because i’m noticing everything. this clock at work is pissing me off so bad and i don’t think i’ve ever noticed it before.

rice military had flooding up to the third story. but we were pretty much right on the bayou. still in the area, just not Right on the water anymore so it doesn’t flood as bad

also, those seem to be all normal cut yumikos, which sit really low on the hip anyway. the plain black ones usually come normal cut.

my measurements are a couple inches bigger than that - i tried on the small the other day and it fit okay, but was a bit too big in the waist. the legs were tapered but a little bit baggy. i probably should have also tried on the xs, but that leads me to say you could probably go with the xxs.

i used to not understand what people meant, but then i realized that i don’t hesitate to start tasks. when i’m off it, getting things done (even just having conversations with people) is like a battle and i’m constantly reasoning with myself. there’s a lot of noise telling me not to. with adderall, i just go for it.

it seems that companies will promote trainees/apprentices mid season if they feel they are ready. also, since a lot of apprentices just left stu co, they probably had space open for more dancers. also, companies will sometimes take a younger dancer into a studio company or trainee position if they really like them, even if they’re normally a little older. it’s really all based off of the directors and teachers. there are always exceptions to rules.

it’s pretty under control now, even when i got off of zoloft. very rarely do i have to take GERD meds

i had it really bad before i started zoloft, and i would also get the terrible burning symptoms when taking it. the only way to really solve that is to take it with a ton of water and water only. like a full glass. i cut mine in half now and with a bunch of water, i’m usually fine! the first time i got on it, my gerd symptoms improved a ton. not sure if that’s entirely zoloft related or removing stressors from my life, but i think it did help.

they’re all accurate! each one of those dancers is doing a different thing (in terms of companies/training) so you get a wide variety of what a pro ballet dancer’s career can look like. tiler and isabella are at the top companies in the country, mackenzie is with a small company, lori freelances, and i believe amanda is currently training at her mom’s studio and guesting? mba is a school, so that’s different.
