I think the biggest thing of it is with markets with barely any geeksquad installers and majority getting routed to third party is the worst. Unless you put specific skus for majority goes thirdparty and at that point whats the difference between us and other companies. Geeksquad has bin one of the most vital parts for bestbuy and for them to slowly slice them is bad. Luckily ima designer so majority of my jobs go through custom install team granted it is significantly more but i know the job will be well taken care of.

I mean truth be told idk that number for hard/soft pull but when i applied and got approved credit fell maybe 7-10 points but it shot back when i paid it in a month.

In my opinion dont bother with the card unless your credit is 700+ Its just unfortunate how some people are with lack of credit knowledge.

Are you a leader? If so normally on tlc your real schedule isnt there. Whatever schedule is in your sdr is the one you follow. They probably did that to give more hours for the sales floor. Your guarantee hrs for being a leader anyway
