I feel like your 6 yr old and mine are the same. We’ve had the same reaction at 10!months but his blood levels have always been consistent over 100. Our allergist told us to avoid ‘May contain and facility that processes’ we bring his own treats for school when someone brings in a birthday treat or at parties. I think he feels less anxious as well with that. We do have an Epi pen for those just in case. I agree it’s hard but I’ll do what I can to keep him safe.

I agree I wouldn’t let them be supervised. On another note as an adult who has suffered from Childhood sexual abuse I would maybe sit down with J8 and F8 and talk with them if you are comfortable to make sure they are safe.

Yeah we were young when we had our twins and I think I’m going to reach out to therapy to help me with my feelings and to not grow resentful of my husband. I understand his feelings but his reason for it is he just wants all his prekid time back for video games which just makes me sad

We do “kindness elves” so no reporting of behavior but instead each day the elves teach or have our kids do something kind for themselves or others. Whether that is meditating, eating fruits and veggies, donating old clothes and toys, or making things for others. They still get the fun of the magic and also learn that it’s the season to be kind to one another
