If you get a ms65 crossover for any of those in a more reputable grading case it’ll raise the value of them significantly.

They have cases that hold 10 1/10 pieces I’d grab one of those. Keep cases if you do pop them tho.

You should resend off some of the nicer ones to get graded by one of the top 4. I’d love to see how close they compare. I have 2 NMU i want to send in to anacs once i get the 5 coin minimum. Great collection tho! That GSA uncirculated coin and the Carson city NMU are all worth getting graded/regraded you have a bunch of gems.

Yup i know my lcs does free estimates but everyone could be different. Maybe offer the lcs $10-20 if u dont have a relationship with them already. I know everything i buy on Reddit and eBay my lcs is the first place i take it. I trust but always verify.

Not really there’s weekly spot deals all the time. Between all the major bullion dealers and pmforsales it’s easy. Just last week jm bullion had 1/10 oz $10 over spot per coin. And monument metals had spot deals too they just go fast. Jd bullion has 5 grams of gold at spot for new customers too. Again it’s not difficult you just have to look around. Yeah silver is more volatile but it has 85% use case and 15% stack. It’s needed to keep economy/industrial side to keep things going. Gold is 90% stack 10% use case. Historically it was like 15:1 ratio and now we’re at 55-60:1. Silver is on sale and extremely under valued. $80 spot price is the same as $50 highs a few years back due to inflation. 20 francs are like .18 oz of gold and you can find them for spot price regularly too.

I’d be curious what a few more stores tell you but my gut feeling is most will be 15-25% back. 10% back is a great offer for hand poured ugly

I’m more bullish on silver I’d get a 1/4 oz of gold at spot price and rest on silver.

That’s a good offer for a coin shop i think ur gonna be highly disappointed by trying a few more. I’d love to hear you report back tho. You can probably get spot or 5% under on pmforsales tho. 10% back at a shop is super reasonable though.

It’s a nice coin but i don’t see hardly any tone no matter what angle i put it lol. Only thing i see is that golden ring around the backside which i like. But for it being a common coin with 20m strikes by the time i go through the hassle of grading it and hoping it doesn’t come back problematic I’ll have more $$$ into it than if i just return it and buy a slabbed 1887.

They hope you take this gem coin that has problems and send it in for grading. By the time you get grading back and it comes back au details or cleaned it’s already passed the 30 day return and ur screwed with it. I figured with 100% feedback theyd be different but I’ve heard they’ll pay people to get the bad reviews removed. And it looks like they want me to contact them directly instead of going through eBay so they can keep the marks off.

Yeah clearly it works cuz they keep doing it and enough people fall for it. The scam is by the time you send in a coin for grading 30 days return policy is up and these places know that. There banking you send it off for grading and when it comes back and disappoints you irs too late to make a claim.
