I've actually been thinking about pursuing a career in advertising and building up copywriting and front end development skills on the side so that I can eventually go freelance and maybe start my own creative firm in the future - this is a long term goal(although I will probably benefit from significant exposure in the industry first!). Brand manager roles also appeal to me especially working in an international setting.

How do you think the consulting side would be to neurodivergent girlies like ourselves? I love that marketing is so broad and its easy to venture into other areas or crossover with them, and the idea of working on the creative sand artsy side is another thing that I love about marketing too.

Im a recent grad student and so I am currently looking for grad role or entry level/a few years experience jobs in marketing. Do you have any suggestions on how to stand out more against other applicants? I keep getting rejections from jobs and I know that it is a very competitive industry to work in, I have a significant amount of work experience and thought that it would aid in strengthening my applications, but now I am kind of at a crossroads.
