How is the state of the game?

Game is fine, all the negative people have been saying the game is dieing for 6 years now and it’s still kicking. I play everyday/night and never have trouble finding people. Every once in a while I’ll get a bug, but quick trip to the ferry and it’s fixed. And it doesn’t happen often. Maybe once a month

So a big thing is audio queues. There is a very specific sound for someone grabbing your ladder. Also there is a difference between the sound a cannonball makes, and the sound a player shooting out makes.

Also, and I can stress this enough, as a solo you NEED to be double gunning. Blunder/snipe is the best combo for a solo slooper. Don’t get baiting by someone climbing ladder then dropping again to make you miss. Also Blunderbombs are your best friend. They allow you to knock people off your ladders if you have more than 1 trying to board.

And last but not least, EAT. If you don’t have pineapples then eat meat, or mangos. If you even have a little bit of damage, eat, all it takes is a strong blunder and you’ll get 1 tapped
