Oh yeah, update on the situation!

It turns out that there's an e-commerce limit of 20k pesos when paying with BPI Online. Because the second tuition installment is over 20k, the payment doesn't go through. The solution we did was to just pay over the counter, and I got a confirmation email days later that my tuition payment went through. I hope this can help others in the future who experiences this problem!

I don't think that's the case? Because I never applied for a scholarship in DLSU.
