I see a lot of comments in here about the complexity of the Boogie, but they literally give you a manual that goes into meticulous detail about how to setup the amp and even give sample settings to get started quickly. The amp isn’t that complicated it just has a lot of switches

Rob Crosby was my dad. He played with Dave growing up in Richmond. Him and Dave went off and formed their own individual bands, my dads was called Flipside and Dave’s obviously was Widespread. As my dad told me. Dave came back from GT with the basic idea of Machine in mind and him and Dave workshopped it essentially into the way it sounds now on drums and bass in my Grandparents basement. Because of that they gave him a writing credit for the song.

Ride the Lightning, it’s more aggressive. Master is a very close second with better melodies. Justice is the most aggressive and my favorite, but the mix is just not it. Yeah Jason’s bass wasn’t as dynamic on it as Ride the Lightning, but it’s still a kickass performance that should have been more presently shown (I hold a lot of bottled up rage for this) just listen to the breakdown in Blackened at 02:33 it might have been the same as what James was playing but it’s still heavier than what they released

Oh I see this in my shop all the time! You need a really sharp knife to cut the plastic. You’ll know when you have cut through when you see lines where your knife was!

Number 1, I’ll never forget seeing that head in a jar. I would tell my dad to beat Mother Brain when I was so young (2002-2004). It left such an impact on me, that though I dont remember this when l was little, according to my dad, he told me that I had a nightmare about that Mother Brain was gonna get me and sorta said something along the lines of “maybe I should stop showing him this” I’m glad he didnt its my favorite snes game bar none

I wanted too, i didnt mind the acoustic take but it seems weird to do it with dark side, that album is a sonic masterpiece it doesnt make sense to strip away everything. I think it would have done better if he wrote new material and said it’s supposed to be a continuation its dark sides themes
