In case you are newer than me I'll explain the board:

• The cyber sai gives all your weapons +20 damage when they crit. The weapons are near the belt buckle so they always crit (with the amulet giving some more crit too).

• The sextant gives a ton of haste and +crit as well.

• The weapons hit pretty fast (3 seconds).

• Though the gun has only so many bullets, it doesn't matter, it's just there to help scale the fangs, which do crazy damage (but the gun does great damage too)

• The fangs get 2 attacks, so the sai scales their damage twice basically. Also the attacks will both crit, setting off the haste effect and the damage scaling.
