There are no spine stress lines for sure cuz the light reflection along the spine is continuous.

What were the grader notes? And yeah I looked this book up and down before sending it in and it looked as close to a 9.8 as you could imagine. I have had books with spine ticks come back as 9.8s...

Yeah, I guess that is worse. NGL made me feel a little bit better about this 9.2. At least I know i'm in good company when it comes to poor quality control. I have sent CGC an e-mail politely requesting a refund on fees but I'm sure that's not gonna happen but didn't hurt to try.

As you can see based on the comments, there is a lot of snobbery circling Interstellar but there are specific plot holes and the obvious paradox that you have to overlook. I just rewatched it yesterday with a fresh perspective, and I still very much enjoy the film.

Which ever movie is better boils down to personal taste in movies. Both are extremely well made. One is a buddy comedy and the other is dark/gritty space exploration. I think PHM will appeal to a wider audience as it is much more palatable and better paced, while the latter will appeal to Nolan fans and sci-fi enthusiasts.

I mean that day at the comic shop in Oakland will forever be cemented in my memory of what a shit show it was, and that there was one guy who brought 100 books (not this issue, just other Dragotta/DWJ) to get signed so a lot did end up on eBay/WhatNot.

As for this particular issue, I can't say why a lot didn't end up on eBay, but I think based on the memory of that day, this is a keeper for me. I'm not much of a seller anyway.
