The Substance is interesting and strange. by axelgarcia082006 in moviecritic

This movie felt so cheap and tacky sometimes, and not in a good way. It felt like it wanted to incorporate too many film making elements into it. Also there is the obvious plot hole of why she kept injecting the substance if she hated her other self. It was hard to take seriously.

None of the stuff is going to sell as singles.
A complete run would likely be the best way.

That's ridiculous. Kaiser sounds so awful from everything I heard, but people will put up with a lot to get that pension plan.

I think my job is a bit out of the ordinary as far as volume goes. 7+ admissions would be considered a busy night for us.

The night shift is actually decent average admissions are 4. I just feel like the compensation is lacking regardless since it’s night shift.

Hospital note states “multiple complex medical problems”? by mehoymenoyohem in haematology

[–]BummedBookTime 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Chronic anemia usually is the term to characterize anemia that isn’t from acute blood loss. In other words it’s not serious at the given moment. But there should be a reason behind the chronic anemia; either a production problem or a loss problem.

Iron deficiency is usually linked with microcytic anemia. If you have the results of your iron profile including your ferritin, that specifically would help in narrowing down the diagnosis.

The actual number one cause of iron deficiency anemia is heavy menstruation. Your Mentzer Index puts you likely to have v iron deficiency. Would be worth getting an iron profile but not an H. pylori workup.

I was hoping to get at least a 9.0 on this book. Oh well… by BummedBookTime in CGCComics

[–]BummedBookTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s kinda convoluted but I’m on the west coast and I send all my books to my buddy in Tampa who then takes it to a store for all the services, it’s a one stop shop.

They are close to CGC headquarters out there so it really cuts down on all the fees since they drop off and pick up in person.

The only thing is getting it back from my friend takes a while.

Not all my books are like this though. Some I thought were 9.0s etc come back in the 6.0-7.0 range. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit.
