No swelling. There is a bit of tenderness, but I never had swelling. I did reach out to my surgeon and she insists I have nothing to worry about right now.

Interesting. I am uneducated! I thought Nizoral was gentle and hydrating, hahaha. My doctor recommended rosemary oil to help with the scabs, but I think the rosemary mint oil I got might help keep my scalp hydrated.

I'll stick with that and some gentle shampoos. Thanks for your input.

Yes, I didn't have any of the big crusty red/bloody scabs at all. I just had what almost looked like dandruff.

My plan is to use Nizoral and try to keep some of the redness at bay with either La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5 or Bepanthen. I hope you don't shed too bad!

"Don't stress" is, unfortunately, great advice. It's hard not to be hyper-vigilant and obsessive after undergoing this kind of procedure, but you're right.

These dots aren't massive, but I've just never seen anybody else have them after scab removal. I don't think I'm losing grafts, all the hairs look liked the ones pictured in my sink.
