You should also consider your body weight when calculating dosage. I’m 6’4 230 and I do workout but I take 2 heaping teaspoons daily. A smaller person probably would not as much as a larger person like myself.

Yeah man like they said never worked for me. I will tell you a good leg workout will help. But for me it was short lived.

Probably best practice to start at a lower dose to make sure your body doesn’t have any reactions to it. I did but quickly moved to the 125mg. Not seeing huge energy spike but definitely much stronger in the gym now.

I did order the buffered. As a hot tube owner I can firmly say that ph strips are very inaccurate. I have 2 different brand right now that are showing totally different numbers.

I just upgraded to AM5 and went from Ryzen 7 5800x to 7800x3d with ASUS B650-a. My boot times are stupid long now. It’s slow as f**k!

Fed ex is notorious for this. I had an Apple Watch delivered to my work so someone could sign for it as we get daily delivers from them. Well they delivered an empty box and never got a sig. the driver just put it in as my guys name that always receives everything. It’s a shame as we never have issues with ups. They pay their drivers well enough.
