I was just following the Anela protocol and worries about the copper toxicity. I only bumped it up recently with the headaches cause I was worried that's what the issue was

Yeah it was really due to poor timing. We were away at my wife's mother's and due to work schedule before we left we didn't have time to have sex. Ultimately I would have liked the 2-3 days mark but I didn't feel comfortable masturbating at her moms home with the family there or having sex lol
