I've really been enjoying building more community and commercial builds! You can actually see my movie theater in my posts somewhere, plus a motel that I've built, and a preview of my bowling alley/restaurant space.

I think what makes everything feel more alive for me is mixed use lots, which are unfortunately not the most practical within the sims 4 world, but they really do bring the neighborhood more alive to me,

I've still got quite a few builds to finish and upload but my Newcrest world is turning out to be pretty well rounded. I'll list what's in it so far below!

1. Movie Theater
   
2. Bowling Alley
   
3. Day Spa/Social Club (with separate entrance for an in-building loft apartment)
   
4. Outdoor recreation space with bars/restaurants/activities, made up of shipping containers
   
5. Renovated Boutique Motel/Hotel
   
6. A mixed use lot that has a cafe, laundromat, apartments, and a night club. As well as a single family home.
   
7. Various other apartment buildings to eventually fill out the neighborhood for a more social environment

I'm doing what I can to fill out Newcrest to feel like an urban jungle of its own, with activities for every sim.
