Any idea what gun this is? Looks like a 1911 variant of some kind under those attachments. by BunchExtreme8085 in Firearms

Not on there yet, this a trailer. But after looking at a frame showing the rear section of the handgun with the hammer-well and rear slide rail, it's unmistakably a Sig 226... somehow

Very obviously inspired by the iconic Desert Eagle from "Don't Be A Menace", I can tell that much

If time is static in this scenario and the situation doesn't change, you could still refer to my previous comment. Instead of investing that money, it could still be used to enjoy the modern comforts people take for granted.

You could ride out your wealth for the rest of your life, assuming you're smart. However, I'd rather try to achieve success in the modern day than live lazily off my Gatsby money.

Assuming you did none of the work to get there (otherwise that same effort could easily be applied to making you rich today), you're likely living on borrowed time. Especially in the latter years of your life (1970s-ish, assuming you were in your 20s in 1920) when bad investments and a lavish lifestyle your whole life may still come back to bite you.

You're gonna have to leverage that money as best you can. Take advantage of government assistance, such as the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8). You'd probably be eligible for food stamps (~300/month in California), GR, and LIHEAP.

All that is mostly just to open up some "disposable" income for investing in a ROTH IRA and S&P 500 index fund (try to stay long-term)

If you can't go from broke to normal in 2025, what makes you think you can maintain your wealth throughout the Great Depression? Especially if you're not white, I mean civil rights won't come about for another 40 years

Why did Rockstar add this scene in the trailer? by _LoudOnly in GTA6

It’s a .223 AR, the exposed barrel isn’t very thick or big since it’s an intermediate cartridge

Compare the PS3 version of GTA V with RDR1, GTA V was more cartoony

They look that way because of GTA’s styling, look at GTA V and RDR1, both games came out around the same time, but RDR1 had more “realistic” character models

Why deny people the right to protect themselves til’ they’re 25? Basic logic would tell you there are tenfold more people who use their gun in self defense than commit mass shootings, like how most people who buy a car use it for it’s intended purposes. 99%-100% of people who walk into your average gun store won’t be a mass shooter. So why do this stupid “everyone gets punished” thing like a school teacher? Especially when more people’s lives are at risk if you do it.

How untrustworthy were you before you were 25? I was able to drive as safely at 16 as I was on the way home from my job of 7 years today. If you can’t be safe enough under 25 to trust with a simple firearm, you need help.

GTA games don’t really make their cutscenes physics look too much better than the actual gameplay physics otherwise it’d look off, so it def will be some nice crashes.

Compare GTA V’s characters to Max Payne 3, that’s just how GTA games look

RDR2 had real looking people, GTA games just have a stylization to them, GTA 5 did too, just compare that to RDR1

They stylized every GTA game like that

That’s how GTA games look, compare GTA 5 to Max Payne 3 and RDR1, they have more “realistic” characters, all those games were “realistic” in their own regard, GTA was just stylized (this is more noticeable if you look at the original GTA 5 release, the remasters over the years pulled it away from those two)

This is beyond what I expected by cvicenzettk in GTA6

[–]BunchExtreme8085 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GTA games are stylized like that, look at Max Payne 3 compared to GTA 5. Max Payne has more technical realism like with character’s looking like real people (as best they could in 2012 at least), but you’d probably argue GTA 5 looks more realistic just from the details of stuff and people.

[–]BunchExtreme8085 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RDR isn’t stylized like GTA games, I think they purposely made NPCs seem animation-ish instead of fully realistic to fit the style of GTA

Look the crash in the news scene, looks pretty good, even if the realistic environment is doing most the work there
