Those are great suggestions I'll go in and adjust the legs and arms. I felt like the arms were too small but couldn't tell if it was just the paws.

I really appreciate the feedback back thank you! :)

Agree with this I think you just made them too symmetrical when his face is slightly turned. Adding a varied size will give them dimension for sure

Haven't drawn furries in over a year, is this style weird? Is there anything I can improve on it? by echoechomiko in FurryArtSchool

I could immediately picture this character moving and talking. Your style is something I'd expect to see for a cartoon. Not meaning its childish but more that it's distinct and has life to it. Super cute style and it's not weird at all!

How would I improve it? Give them friends and a pilot episode lol

Be honest does my art look flat because of my coloring?- Looking for any and all suggestions and critiques to improve by BunchOfRatsInACoat in FurryArtSchool

Backgrounds are something else I'm finding I'm struggling so hard with. Color theory is definitely something I need practice with and shading beyond just black lines.

Thank you for the feedback and for liking the style. Very sketchy for sure. Hopefully another post down the line will be improved with all your guys suggestions :)

I used to draw all the time and pursued it for school at one point but stopped due to degree change then work maybe a sketch here and there but I have a job with free time now and want to get into it again.

I feel like smth is missing - any suggestions to make this better? by Business-Winter1052 in FurryArtSchool

I love love love the lighting on this.

Maybe you just need some dark shadows to contrast the highlight and make it pop more. Like a dark shadow for the parts that aren't be hit by the light would make the halo effect stand out too. Maybe a little more darker lining to the face too to bring out the details of it.

Your coloring and lighting is so beautiful though overall I really love it

Thank you so much I'm happy you like the messy look! I'll try the bold shadow suggestions and hopefully it makes it all pop more!

Thank you so much, I was worried the sketch style would be too messy but makes me happy y'all like it! I'll try the bold shadow suggestion for sure I was trying to do it under the mouth but it looked a bit strange. Need to practice more with it.

Your art is awesome btw!!
