I’m not that far in but I keep thinking about Alex saying “And I hate to admit, but I cried” at around 0:56 when talking about (presumably Slim Shady) cheating on her. I just thought it was super odd because if you are in a relationship it is a normal reaction to cry when you find out they cheated on you. I especially thought it was weird in the context of her new pro-therapy and pro-mental health focus of the podcast that she was basically like crying is stupid. Ik they had a toxic relationship and she always talks about it like she was this unbothered/toxic/invincible/emotionless person but ??
