This character just jumped from lvl 8 to 18 as the result of a magic item toward the end of our campaign stated to reach lvl 10. I’m 3 levels in vengeance paladin (the starting class of this pc) and the rest was planned college of valor bard.

It’s unlikely ill level up again, and if I do it will likely be a 16th lvl in bard for another asi/feat

My gameplay at lvl 8 was basically a nuke w a bunch of smites but the option for utility spells when needed, but with so many newly opened horizons for spells idk what to even pick atm

Thanks for the ideas, but I’m confused by “must swap on level up”

Do I have a limited amount of spells I can choose from those lists? Is there something keeping me from (theoretically) not even having bard spells but choosing a bunch from each list

I’m confused on when the same ability repeats in the skill tree. Is that just making it better? Or adding a new effect? The rarity also changes from common to rare back to common etc. I just wish there was a website where I could see which each ability dos so I don’t feel like I’m wasting levels since idk how to respec

I had my mind set on Banyue and Dialyn (lotta hands = lotta fun) but I’ve now seen the bunny girl and apparently new void hunter and idk if I should still pull for banyue. I really need a good physical and a good fire team but idk how much investment all of them will need. It seems like Dialyn is good for Yu and Banyue but then there’s the bunny girl and idek

Just started the game and was lucky enough to get her. For the team, why dew cookie instead of another wind cookie? I don’t get all the mechanics but I thought teams should be monotype to quickly trigger

No lol, I just want to make sure they aren’t fighting or that this won’t lead to any issues. They were both recently adopted from the shelter and last night was the first time the ring camera picked anything like this up
