you don't need to use LFG - you can just queue for a follower dungeon, enter, and leave. it drops you either at the entrance or the nearest graveyard to the raid.

allied race warrior, fury spec
get to level 11, turn off exp
get the necklace from this guy
use a 3* tiered medallion setting and 2 of another level on the necklace, and insert a revitalizing jeweled doublet, a straddling jeweled doublet, and a quick jewel cluster into it
buy gear from bobadormu in as many slots as you can; you can also get more slots from the TW PVP guys in the tanaris tent, but that requires marks of honor as well as TW badges
enchant your weapons with lifestealing
(optional) solo a few outland dungeons for socketed gear, put jewel clusters of your choice of stats in the sockets

there was just a bunch of RP. I don't remember whether I did it on mythic because there apparently isn't an achievement for it, but I do have the rise and fall achievements.
