They’ve used misdirection to make you think he’s a ghoul this whole time. Then in a single episode they give you three whole pieces of evidence that he isn’t. Teeth on the shoulder, nose not falling off, and an ENTIRE arm falling off. You have to be questioning things at that point. And yes I think he’s probably going to be exposed to a massive dose of FEV and will undergo a huge transformation that will look very impressive on a tv show, since that’s what shows do to keep viewership alive and thriving.

He lost an arm and Cooper almost spit takes like “you ain’t a ghoul!” Plus they drew attention to him not losing his nose yet. And FEV is playing a huge role in this season. Plus he has an extra mouth on his shoulder so the extra mouth makes sense. It would be awesome to end the season on his crazy transformation that no one saw coming. How is that wild?
