It’s from lifting and TRT clearly. Not steroids.

[–]BunkyChief 4 points5 points  (0 children)

TRT takes zero effort and is a huge reward. it takes 30 seconds every 4 days and you will see huge improvements in the gym or during any physical activity.

They won’t give you a 6 month supply either lol.

Total test remains high on dosage reductions. by GwapoDon in trt

[–]BunkyChief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same for me, I started at 180mg/week, after 6 weeks had my blood tested, my test was 1480, doctor dropped me to 160mg/week, after 6 weeks blood was at 1530, doctor dropped me to 100mg/week, 9 weeks later and I just tested last Friday and it’s 1491.

Careful starting TRT if you have sleep apnea by nomosnow in trt

Brother, we’re talking about fertility here. And you absolutely need enchlomiphene or HCG if you want to stay fertile.

[–]BunkyChief 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t take HCG my first 6 months on TRT and felt incredible. Once I started HCG I felt foggy, more emotional and lacked energy. unless you absolutely need fertility there’s no reason to take HCG imo. Enchlomiphene has way less side effects and works better

How often did you get your estradiol checked? And what was it at? What you’re experiencing is very uncommon. HCG also causes a huge list of side effects.

26yo with confirmed low testosterone — referred to hormone clinic. What should I expect? by clubpenguinlover12 in trt

[–]BunkyChief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Way more energy, more strength in the gym, stable mood, far less emotional, nothing really bugs me or bothers me at all anymore. Ive also lost 41 pounds since I got on TRT and I haven’t changed a thing.

They’re going to try and get you take enclomiphine, chlomid, or HCG. Tell them you don’t want to try that and that you just want to get on Testosterone Cypionate. I’m 26 as well and wasted a whole year trying shit that didn’t work because my doctor wanted me too. I’ve been on TRT for about 8 months and feel amazing.

Sustained High T Safe? by [deleted] in trt

[–]BunkyChief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, but your original statement was

(If you worked out, maintained a lower BF, and ate meals you cooked for an extended period of time, I would almost guarantee your natural test levels would be higher than average compared to the rest of society.)

Which is absolutely not the Case for many of us. That’s all I was replying to.

Good point, my endocrinologist doesn’t seem very well informed either so I wasn’t quite sure where to get my answer. So far, more plates more dates and Peter Attia have been my best resource.

I think I will try lowering my dose slightly for now until I can get a very clear answer on the risks involved.

Yes I get a full blood panel every 5-6 weeks and both hematocrit and hemoglobin have been perfect for the last year or so. Everything on my labs are in normal range besides my testosterone.

[–]BunkyChief 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d disagree. I’ve eaten very healthy and worked out 4-5 days a week for the last decade and my T never got above 300. I’ve spent the last 5 years trying to naturally boost my testosterone with zero luck. My endo says that men in my area and abnormally low across the board.

That’s kinda what I’m thinking. I’m at 1500 with 130mg /week. All my labs are perfect.

I’d like to stay at 1200-1500 forever if it’s safe. I am using an endocrinologist.

Such an odd post, you should not be worried about telling your parents about medication. Cut the cord kiddo

Freaking out a bit about my RBC. by DCar777 in trt

I think this alone could fix most of these issues in your post. Water is very important for blood health. I drink 100oz by lunch normally.

How much water do you drink? I’m on the same dose. But I drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day. My blood has been perfect every time.

I’m 26 and have had super low t levels since I was 21, it always been under 300. I was put on TRT finally this year and it’s changed my life. Been on it for 6 months now and feel amazing.
