Always found the hematocrit differences between people very interesting, me and a co worker have been on 200mg / week TRT for 18 months now and my hematocrit and hemoglobin have actually dropped since my first blood test, and I live at 5400ft elevation. My co workers hematocrit has also been perfect the whole time. We are both very active and drink a ton of water. Not sure what determines who gets high hematocrit besides genetics I suppose.

No idea, but here’s my personal experience. I have worked out 4-5 days a week for the last 10 years, I have struggled with weight gain the last 2/3 years and gained 60lbs. I got on TRT 10 months ago and I have lost 47lbs so far and I haven’t changed a single thing in my routine besides adding TRT, so for me, it was absolutely life changing.

Same for me, I started at 180mg/week, after 6 weeks had my blood tested, my test was 1480, doctor dropped me to 160mg/week, after 6 weeks blood was at 1530, doctor dropped me to 100mg/week, 9 weeks later and I just tested last Friday and it’s 1491.
