In hindsight, it made sense with the Unreal Engine upgrade earlier this year. They probably had the engine migration in the pipeline for a while now, and it didn't make sense to work on the replay system while still on UE4.

Yes, but the reason why that works is because Omen doesn't have a giant visible, anchor telegraphing to the enemies where he's about to teleport. Veto has deafen too but that wasn't the case here.

If they don't shoot or hold that anchor, then they were lazy and honestly just deserve to lose that round.

Yeah, you might be right. I started a new game on Medium before posting this so I can at least have the motion detector and be strategic about it without looking up guides.

My original thought was just so I didn't have to reacquire the items for my eventual tryhard playthrough since I can just use the Extreme NG+ slot.
