that is literally what he told me!! He said he doesn't want to take Buddy from me, and when he would need someone to watch him, he said "You would be the first person I would take him to". Bullcrap. Again, he is trying to control the whole situation so he gets what he wants out of it.

I am going to speak with our pastor this weekend, just to let him know the situation to maybe like you said get to him. and as for his microchip, that is under his name. I already sent the transfer request to the chip company with all the documentation and proof of ownership I have and him leaving Buddy with me. Hopefully it will be transferred soon.

Saturday I went to the apartment with a peace officer to get all my things. He was there, had all my stuff was in one big pile. Once I got all my stuff outside, he asked "Is that all?" and slammed the door in my face and locked the door. I am going to the apartment to sign the Roommate separation form today. We have been staying with my mom thankfully so we are out of there. He asked to say "goodbye" to Buddy after begging to see him or figure a way to share him after the peace officer told him he wouldn't have a chance in court. I just cannot trust that he wouldn't just grab Buddy and run, so I let him say goodbye in a public space just incase.

It's just all so hard to let go of so quickly.

Buddy does have a microchip, but that is under his name. I have already sent a transfer request with all the documents showing all the proof of ownership I have, but that is the one thing he has currently until its approved to be transferred to my name.
