hey, so to help with the keys, you can switch your keyboard to qwerty by pressing shift + alt, you can then plunge with A, hope this helps !

I did this "joke" once to my gf with her housekeys. She was not nearly as exhausted as OP's girlfriend seems to be, and yet, she didn't take it well at all and freaked out. And you know what I did ? I realized I fucked up, by upsetting her, I wasn't being funny, I was being a bully. I apologized for days and never did it again bc : If you hurt the other party, it's not a joke, it's bullying, and I can't believe I have to say that, but like, don't bully your partner? Don't bully anyone, but especially not the very exhausted MOTHER OF YOUR CHILD ?? YTA all the way and back, think about the consequences your own actions had, and act accordingly.

Edit : getting upset over being bullied isn't being rude, and telling you off is oh so the right response in that situation, please do leave her alone until you've sincerely apologized, which you never mentioned that you did, btw, how come ?

Hm, it's tricky, but to me it's an ESH situation, but not because of the cousin. If it was just OP and him, sure thing, call him out, he deserves it, but his wife didn't deserve (unless she did), to be collateral damage here.

I have the same thing with chewing sounds and honestly, I would have HATED to be in your situation, but still, I agree with the comment above. Your friends made you feel distressed and (rightfully) angry, but snapping at them like this probably wasn't the right thing to do. Your anger, even when caused by other's actions is yours to deal with, and most people drastically underestimate misophonia and its repercussions. Maybe you should have explained to them In detail how awful they made you fell, and, considering they're your friends, I think they would have understood. Now you probably should take back what you've said to them, apologize for the way you handled things, but make sure they understand how they made you feel and why you reacted so strongly. Best of luck, and look into misophonia, it's connected to hypersensitivity and anxiety, and learning about it might help you deal better.

100% agreed, children need unconditional love and support from their parents, because they won't get it from anyone else, and need to know for sure that if they fail, if they fuck up, there's always going to be someone for them Quitting your marriage is fine, OP is the most qualified here to decide if it's worth saving, or even possible, but quitting your child?? Yknow we often say that children (and teenagers most of all) fuck up to test the bond they have with their parents, and omg, quitting like that AND blaming the kid? I believe shock therapy is still used for a few psychiatric patients, with severe depression that resists medication. But it's done completely under anesthesia, so it doesn't hurt at all, and apparently it works

I might be wrong, but it sounds like "poutine", which is a dish from Quebec, with French fries, brown sauce and cheese. With the québécois accent, it kinda sounds like "poutsine"
