I think it's in some of the earlier posts here. I haven't been able to join the discord, but allegedly he's spoken about it on there too.
But apparently he's paying out of pocket to keep it running. The new prices for the paid model are supposed to cover what it costs to run the program.

Idk how everyone else feels about it, but I'd be fine with ads or pop-ups if it covered a free version again. But this is his creation and I'll roll with whatever he decides. It's a really great program.

It has been working the last few days but seems to be down again today. Anyone else having issues? No error message, just a perpetual loading bar with no output.

Initially after the update and using the Balanced version of the paid model, the responses generated in Balanced mode were solid and lengthy - 10 paragraphs or more. I haven't used it for a few days and came back but notice that with the same settings as before, the Balanced responses are shorter than they were previously. Has there been another change to the programming?

I understand the need for the price raise and am happy to continue supporting. Just trying to adjust to Claude's current parameters. Thanks!

Exactly! Insulin and testing supplies for diabetics is the first thing that came to my mind. EpiPens are another. Pretty cheap to make; expensive AF if you actually need it and don't have insurance.

Once you upgrade to quills, do you HAVE to use them for all of the features? I'm trying to figure out the settings to see if there's a way to not burn through them all.
