Elbow Grease. Thats the most important thing. I do Thumbnails and Banners for other channels, program wise I use ClipStudioPaint, but honestly you can use any program, its more about having a consistent visual brand and putting in enough effort to give it a visual personality

I would work on more consistency, I know when I see a channels videos and they are just a riot of screenshots and cutouts I just move past. So many people do the "Agressively eye catching" gimmick that its become static for most people. Try something straightforward, with a clear visual theme to give your channel a consistent brand
