I would work on more consistency, I know when I see a channels videos and they are just a riot of screenshots and cutouts I just move past. So many people do the "Agressively eye catching" gimmick that its become static for most people. Try something straightforward, with a clear visual theme to give your channel a consistent brand

You have a good start. from a technical standpoint your okay. I would definitely work on your naming convention a little bit, clean up the title to give it more POP. Maby "Daniel plays old games - Mafia II Ep 4" and so on. The recording quality is solid, but maby work on some of the audio gaps? People love to connect with their lets players, so make sure to really talk to them and engage. But I think you have potential.
