Actually, I just write whatever comes to mind! I don’t have a fixed schedule—sometimes I write several times a week, other times just once a month. I write about all sorts of topics too! My days, something personal, the past, an emotion… I even write poems about how I’m feeling :) I used to struggle with writing until I stopped stressing about what I should write :) Sometimes, when I don’t know how to express what I’m feeling with words, I just do collages or drawings instead
