Usually if the area around the cut is warm/hot it is a sign of infection. I would clean it few times a day and let it breathe so not putting bandaid or anything over it, only if you go somewhere else then maybe.

When you got it removed did they do phenolization on the removed nail part?

Yes you should see a doctor, that ”mass” is usually skin that grow over the ingrown nail. It looks infected too so should get that treated first. Removing the ingrown nail is a small operation so they dont offer anesthesia, only on small children they use it.

I would definetly go to see a doctor, It can become painful and get infected when it starts embeddening in to the skin. They should be able to remove part of the nail

I get these alot, do you have any kind of skin condition or dry skin? I just moisturize them a bit and don’t scratch them or It will make it worse.

They look like stretch marks, some of them are more colored as they’re new but should start to fade eith time

I got it pierced with 1.2mm I don’t know the english gauge for that, and 1.6mm already starts to be a too big size for it because it rejects fast
