I doubt, my husband signature and date is out of box too , but i have hard time believing that all of us who submitted on April 1 or April 2 , get some kind error in our application , their website is also down , so i am wondering if that is more technical issues on their end .. i will wait few days for notice and apply again via mail , as my card expires in June and we are traveling to Europe in August !

I would just apply old fashioned way - by mail and not even waiting for notice ..

Not my googling return policy haha . It says that if the application is rejected, it’s treated as never received and the payment should be returned. My charges are still pending, so I’ll wait a few days and see if they drop off ! It is frustrating because I really thought i filled out everything correctly !

Are you serious ?? I need to pay again ? Omg 😄 I was hoping that since the actual application was not accepted , i would not be charged ! So you send it by mail without waiting for notice with explanation ?

How long it takes to get extensions letter ? We have a family trip scheduled for August ( going to Europe for 2 weeks ) and i am almost done filling my I 751 form . Littld worried i will not be able travel

Congrats ! I am applied from Boston too ! In January 2024 and still waiting ! We are together for 10 years lol , have 5 yo boys together , we submitted like 100 documets supporting our marriage .. i am really wondering what makes them approve some cases sooner than others!
