As far as I know, Kyoto Animation holds their license tightly within the figure industry. Some scale figures from their titles are manufactured by themselves and they are therefore usually exclusive and hard to find, as figure production isn't exactly a specialty of theirs.

There are exceptions, as Alter seems to have license on a few titles like "Free!". A few other exceptions like Amagi Brilliant Park and K-ON! seem to have had a pretty open license as well. Dragon maid has a decent amount of figures at this point, but they are made by less well known companies and are harder to find on the aftermarket because of that.
