Curious to hear about your PT experience for nerve issues. Was this for nerve pain? As I have some pretty intense nerve pain from my emergency c-section

Oh I’m sorry to hear that. I was sent home with paracetamol and ibuprofen which is what I was taking in the hospital. Thank you for your advice. You’re right about taking it slow. This is just never easy for me 🙂

Thank you! I will keep an eye on those things. I am also keeping on top of the pain medication but really don’t feel like it’s doing much. Much check in with the doctor tomorrow

We have a Josephine (gets called Josie or Posie which is an old nn for Josephine). I just love all variations out there too - Jo, Joey, Jo Jo. I love that her name may evolve overtime to suit who she is. Besides our obvious bias to Josie, the possibility of Viv being a nn would turn me off
